These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the qelvatis.com site and the analytical platform services offered by Qelvatis S.A.

The site is operated by Qelvatis S.A., CUIT 30-71829384-5, registered office at Av. Corrientes 1250, 8th floor, C1043AAZ, CABA, Argentina.
2. Description of the service
Qelvatis is an analytical platform that organises public information and presents it to the user in a clear, ordered and accessible way to help understand their alternatives. The service is exclusively general and informational.

Available content does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, tax, professional or personalised advice. Qelvatis does not guarantee any specific result. Before making any decision, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.
4. Registration and use
To access certain content, the user may complete the subscription form providing truthful, up-to-date data. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, brand, logo, design, code) is owned by Qelvatis S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Act 11.723 on Intellectual Property and related rules. Reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the site shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
10. Consumer protection
Where applicable, Acts 24.240 on Consumer Protection and 27.442 on Competition Defence apply. Complaints to the National Directorate for Consumer Protection: consultas.defensadelconsumidor@produccion.gob.ar.
