Qelvatis S.A. ("Qelvatis", "we") respects users' privacy and complies with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act 25.326. This policy describes how we collect, process and protect personal information.

2. Data we collect

We collect: (a) identification data: first and last name, email address; (b) navigation data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and time on site; (c) data you voluntarily provide when using the subscription or contact form.

3. Purpose

We use your data to: (i) send organised information based on your query; (ii) coordinate contact with a representative who can handle your request; (iii) improve and personalise the service; (iv) comply with legal obligations; (v) send informational communications where you have provided consent.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (section 5, Act 25.326), compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interest of Qelvatis in operating and improving the service.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and any applicable legal obligations. Subscriber data is kept until unsubscription is requested.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting as data processors under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and with authorities where required by law.

7. International transfers

Some providers may be located outside Argentina. In those cases, we require appropriate safeguards equivalent to those set out in Act 25.326.

8. Rights of the data subject

You may exercise access, rectification, updating and deletion rights by writing to hola@qelvatis.com. The Access to Public Information Agency, as supervisory authority under Act 25.326, is responsible for handling claims and complaints.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration, in accordance with Resolution 47/2018 and current standards for 2026.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will be published on the site with the last update date.
